During the design and assembly of our products, quality was at our priority of each material and component we have chosen, which is why we are confidently stand by it with a 12 month replacement guarantee.

In Australia, our good come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Thus, LikeBathrooms guarantees all the products against defects caused by faulty workmanship and materials for 12 months domestic use or 3 months commercial use from the date of purchase. During the period, when the products are defective caused by any aforementioned reasons, LikeBathrooms will replace the products for you. However, LikeBathrooms reserves the right to make minor adjustments instead replacing the products or accessories. 

In the event of a product or accessories being replaced during the guarantee period, the guarantee on the replacement product will expire 12 months from the purchase date of the original product, not 12 months from the date of the replacement.

To the extent permitted by law, our guarantee excludes liability for consequential loss or any other loss or damage caused to property or persons arising from any cause at all. It also excludes defects caused by the products not being used in accordance with instructions, accidental damage, misuse, or being tampered with by unauthorized persons, excludes breakables such as glass and ceramic items. consumable items, and normal wear and tear and does not cover the cost of claiming under the warranty or transporting the goods to and from the place of purchase.

Aside from Likebathrooms' general warranty policy, the length of warranty given on  those products varies depending on the brands, manufacturers, and wholesale retailers who promote their products via our channel.
