GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS


These general terms and conditions and the policies may change from time to time so please check these before making any purchase. If you buy with us in store or shop online, these terms and conditions give you all the information you need.

Product availability
All products are subject to availability and so we may not be able to supply your order, please contact us before you proceed with any payment. We will not be liable for any losses you sustain as a result of updating or modifying our website.


Order acceptance
Acceptance of your order will take place when we dispatch the product(s) to you. Until we dispatch the product(s), no contract will have been formed between us.

Although we hope to be able to supply all products ordered, we reserve the right, at our discretion and without the need to give reasons, not to accept any offer at any time. If we refuse your order we will let you know as soon as reasonably possible.


Pricing errors
If we discover an error in our pricing we will inform you as soon as possible and you will then be given the option of cancelling or re-confirming your order at the correct price.

If for any reason we are unable to contact you using the contact details you have provided we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you by email.


Delivery charges

Changing the date of delivery
If you would like to change your delivery time or date, please contact the staff members of LikeBathrooms and they will advise if this is possible.


Our liability
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances (such as lorry breakdown, traffic accident, major traffic delays or severe weather), we will do our best to contact you to rearrange an alternative delivery date. We will not be responsible for any losses (including loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunity, for any injury to your reputation) incurred due to a delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.


Damaged items


If items within packaging are faulty or damaged, please refuse to sign the delivery sheet and notify the delivery driver who will seek to resolve this. Once you sign the delivery slip, it serves as the proof that you have already checked the condition of the item and if any damages incurs in the future, it is your responsibility to cater the loss. 


Return and cancellation

All goods purchased from LikeBathroom Pty Ltd must be inspected upon delivery/pickup and before installation. We do not accept responsibilities for any damage caused after purchase, and cannot be held liable for for any incorrect dimensions chosen by the customers, especially after installation. Products returned due to faulty workmanship must be returned in its original packaging undamaged with the original receipt at the customers expense. Returns will incur 25% administration and restocking fee.

All of our products enjoy a 12-month warranty in order to ensure its' functionality. However, all man-made damages occurred due to inappropriate usage will not be covered,  such as burns, scratches, water damages, and cosmetic stains, to name a few.
